Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions that are meant to be agreed between the company and the customer. Marks Tile Cleaning suggests its customers go through the conditions. Also, we keep on updating the terms of use on regular and hold the right to change them at any time without prior notification. It is the user’s responsibility to check these conditions on the website regularly to stay updated about the recent changes.

Booking

Customers can appoint our tile and grout cleaning services via phone or email.

It is necessary for the customers to provide the card details at booking time and authorise the Marks Tile Cleaning to debit the amount applicable for services.

Also, the client needs to provide the details about slippery surfaces, ingrained dirt and debris inside the surface, and another risk of dangers.

Cancellation

We allow the customers to make the change or cancel the booking the booking before 24 hours of the service. We don’t apply any cancellation charges will be applied before 1 working day of service.

The customer will have to pay a cancellation fee of minimum $90 as our call out charges if he or she informs us about the cancellation a few hours of services. The customer is to cancel the appointment via calling us on 1800 287 709 or writing us an email with all the details like booking number, the address of services, and date of appointment.

Also, we will apply the extra charges for the services if booked for after 6 pm or for early morning shift or on public holidays and weekends.

Quotations and Pricing

Prices quoted for any particular service are owned by Marks Tile Cleaning only and also we reserve the right to amend them at any time.

Our tile and grout cleaning price is quoted per square meter. We will also charge a setup fee for steam cleaning the tiles and grouts.

The tiled stairs are priced per steps, the client has to pay additional charges for additional steps. Cleaning any space outside the booked area will cost extra.

Payment

Unless another payment method is agreed between Marks Tile Cleaning and the customer, he or she has is to pay the full quoted amount for the appointed services after the completion of services.

Credit card, cash, and bank transfer are the mode of payments we accept. If the client opts to pay through bank transfer, he/she has to make sure the deposit is done before the work has started.

The customer is responsible for calling Marks Tile Cleaning to ensure the payment has received at least before 3 days of appointment.
